Have you been injured in a car, taxi, bus or other vehicle in which you were just an innocent passenger?

If you injured on a bus or coach, you should take the driver’s name and number and make sure he or she knows that you were injured in the collision. In cases where you suffer an injury because the bus driver braked too hard or moved off too quickly before you were safely sitting down, it is particularly important that you report the injury to the driver and, if at all possible, take details of any witnesses to what happened.

Sometimes people are injured while travelling in taxis – if this happens to you, take the driver’s name and registration number.
